For all group included events in 2023, to secure your studios place in a particular event a $15 per routine deposit will be required. See full fees below for expected cost per event.

BASIC INFORMATION
AGE OF DANCERS
Age is based on JANUARY 1, 2023
NEW FOR 2023
The Group age limit is determined by the oldest dancer, although we will allow a maximum of 2 performers in each group to be no more than 2 years older than the entered age group. Example - 10&U under acts can have 2 performers who are 11 or 12 years of age as at Jan 1.
AGE GROUPS AVAILABLE
6&U, 8&U, 10&U, 12&U, 14&U (Sydney only), 15&U (N/A in Sydney), 16&U (Sydney only), OPEN AGE - see specific rules for Open age routines in main rules page.
Small Groups = 11 or less dancers, Large Groups = 12 or more. Small Groups are for Lyrical, Contemporary + Jazz only.

PRICING
$30 per routine standard across all events
Dancer Rego Pass cost will vary depending on location venue cost $15-$35. will advise closer to the event.
MUSIC HANDLING
We do not charge for music uploads, we accept music submitted via our website music upload system which is FREE of charge.
Rego passes are compulsory for each dancer competing at an event. For groups this pass covers your dancers insurance, entry and backstage passes. One pass only is required for the duration of the event.
RESERVE STUDIO ACTS FOR 2023 EVENTS BELOW:
DEPOSIT OF $15 PER ROUTINE (FULL PRICE IS $30)
This will confirm your spot in the event in 2023, closer to the event (and when you have confirmed dancer numbers and act amounts) we will send an amended final invoice, minus the deposit paid.
Studios that have reserved spots will have first preference. GTB allows up to 150 acts per day for Groups to ensure we do not run overtime and late for your families.
